Marketplace Display – $500 (One Day) $1,500 (Three Days)

The marketplace displays will run for the duration of the conference with morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch served in this area.

Each Marketplace Display includes:

  • Listing and Logo on the conference website and app with hyperlink
  • Logo, profile and hyperlink in the conference app (50 words)
  • Trestle table*, two chairs, power, wireless internet
  • One exhibitor registration, including catering
  • Delegate list in conference app (name, position, organisation, state/country)

*Table dimensions: 183mm length x 760mm wide x740mm high

The Marketplace will be open at the below times.  Please refer to your bookings to check if you are registered for one day or the full show.  You can view the full event program at

  • Tuesday 5th December: Bump in 12pm – 5pm
  • Wednesday 6th December:  Bump in 5am – 7.30am / Open to delegates 7.30am – 5.30pm (last break time 3.30pm – 4pm)
  • Thursday 7th December: Open to delegates 8am – 5.30pm (last break time 3.30pm – 4pm)
  • Friday 8th December: Open to delegates 8am – 3.45pm / Bump out 3.45pm – 6pm

Below is the delivery label for Marketplace materials and satchel inserts.  The venue will accept deliveries up to 48 hours prior to the conference commencing.  Deliveries will be brought to your display the morning of Bump In on Wednesday.

If you have a satchel insert included in your package or have purchased one please use the same label and tick the box for ‘Satchel Inserts’.   We anticipate requiring 400 units.  New advertising satchel inserts may be booked by sponsors/exhibitors for the discounted rate of $500.  Branded pads, pens or other fun collateral can be included at no charge on application.  Please contact to discuss.


Check your package to confirm how many exhibitor registrations are included in your display.  All attendees are welcome to attend the sessions Wednesday to Friday.

Additional 3 day exhibitor registrations including the Welcome Reception but not the Conference Dinner can be purchased for $450.  Tickets to the Great Gatsby Conference Dinner can be purchased for $130.  Contact to discuss.
